Our Solution

At the core of the project was the development of a weighted scoring model that provides a sound basis for selecting regional markets and allocating campaign budgets. In doing so, the scoring model is based on relevant indicators and drivers for assessing the attractiveness of recruitment per county. These indicators were identified and evaluated through in-depth research. Once the data aggregation was completed, a Microsoft Excel tool was created to convert the aggregated results into an easily comparable score value. The flexible architecture of the scoring model and Excel tool allows for adjustments at any time should the underlying indicators and drivers update.
